We loved our stay in Ruben's flat. Anton, our greeter was always very quick to communicate with us and all the arrangements went smoothly. The flat was very attractive, clean and had everything we needed. The location was very close to Notre Dame and was in a bustling area with close Metro, shops, restauarnts, bars etc. We spent a great few days here and it was sad to go home. Our grandaughter enjoyed her birthday trip to Paris.

We stayed there for 3 days in July. The location is good but is not a quiet neighborhood at night...
We stayed there for 3 days in July. The location is good but is not a quiet neighborhood at nights and could get quite noisy. In July it was very hot and the only small fan they had was not working. The washing machine was out of work as well. Ruben was responsive and informative but the check in was arranged by a manager and it was not very easy as you have to set an exact time the night before and if you have any delays the manager is not co-operative even for 15 minutes.

La posizione e la pulizia sono i punti forti. L appartamento è giusto per tre persone quante eravamo. Qualche accortezza in più in piccole cose per essere perfetto. Buona esperienza, soggiorno certamente piacevole. Staff all altezza del compito. Promossi a pieni voti.

Vårt transfer plan var försenat en timme vilket gjorde att vi landade i Paris precis vid midnatt. När jag kunde skriva till vädren om detta fick vi förklarat att vi måste betala extra för att vi kommer sent. Detta tyckte vi var lite orättvist eftersom det inte var något som vi hade gjort att vi blev försenade utan flygbolaget. Värden blev då väldigt ohövlig och sa att vi fick betala eller hitta nytt boende. När vi väl kom fram till lägenheten var värden märkbart sur och klagade över att han fått jobba hela dagen till sent som att det var vårt fel. Senare vid utcheckning hade jag lämnat ett omdöme på 4/5 stjärnor på bemötande av värd och han blev genast arg och kom med massor av argument om att han inte jobbar gratis, att hans fru med barn är på sjukhuset m.m.. väldigt oprofessionellt! Blir inte detta boende för oss igen. Själva läget på boendet var väldigt bra och man har nära till allt. Glasen var smutsiga och vi fick diska dem för att inte betala extra på städavgiften.

Mi aspettavo come in altre occasioni con airnb di trovare una persona gentile e affabile che ci facesse trovare un minimo di accoglienza ( tipo caffè biscotti per la prima mattina di soggiorno) invece appena 2 cialde contate , Anton che ci ha accolto in ritardo non sapeva una parola in francese , molto frettoloso e abbiamo dovuto cercare ovunque gli interruttori della luce nascosti nei punti più strani della casa , oltretutto ci ha fatto subito notare che avremmo dovuto pagare 30 euro in più se in ritardo… cosa facile col traffico di Parigi … per fortuna invece noi eravamo puntualissime . Consiglio a Rubén di sostituire i suoi dipendenti con persone più disponibili meno frettolose e arroganti

Man wird vor Anreise per Telefon vom Team kontaktiert, zusätzlich gibt es noch eine Check-in App. Der Anruf hatte uns erst mal verunsichert. Was hat uns an dieser Unterkunft gefallen? - Am besten ist die Lage! Man ist direkt im Herzen von Paris und kann viele Sachen zu Fuß machen. - Der Check-in mit Anton war super nett, er hatte uns Wasser und eine Flasche Cidre mitgebracht. - Die Wohnung war sauber. Die Bettwäsche und Handtücher kommen aus einer Wäscherei und waren richtig gut sauber/desinfiziert. Was würde ich mir für einen nächsten Aufenthalt noch wünschen? - In der Küche würde ich Besteck und Töpfe einfach tauschen - die sind nicht mehr so schick. - Da die Gäste beim Verlassen das Geschirr selbst spülen müssen, war nicht alles richtig sauber, so dass wir zuerst alles noch mal durchgespült haben. - Im Bad würde ich die Dusche entkalken. - Ich hätte lieber 2 Bettdecken in einem Doppelbett statt 1 teilen zu müssen. Insgesamt sagen wir: Danke für die schöne Woche in Paris!

I tried to contact the host to let them know that the place was not what was listed. The host did not step up. We had to deal with the check in team, the owner took no responsibility. The Queen bed was a Murphy double. The washing machine was listed, but broken The listed dishwasher didn’t exist. Anton called us after we told him that was listed didn’t exist in this apartment, and then shamed us for expecting what we paid for. Maybe he had a bad day, but there’s no reason for that. Another reason we’re going back to hotels over Airbnb We brought up everything that was listed that we didn’t get, and he got angry like it was our fault. They were listed and that’s why we chose this place. Example: kitchen amenities; salt pepper oil He fought with us over this. Said did we expect him to buy all our groceries? No! Just what’s on your listing, bro. Even when he saw that was the listing, he rose his voice. Who wants to be in that situation. We also have recordings.

Dear Amanda, I sincerely apologise for the whole misunderstanding, it is a new listing and the mentioned amenities were simply wrong. We corrected the mistake, I believe we bought the salt and pepper and asked you if you would like anything else we can bring you just to make your stay enjoyable, which is our main goal. I am very sorry you feel this way even after we tried to correct our mistakes, but I understand and I will make sure it will not happen again. Thank you again for your review and your stay, it helps us to become better host.

Goede, rustige locatie in de Marais. Perfecte uitvalsbasis en prettige omgeving. Prima communicatie met de verhuurder, wel even wennen dat er meerdere tussenpersonen zijn die contact met je kunnen opnemen. Een zeer fijn ontvangst. Douche is heerlijk, zelfs een wasmachine maar die hadden we niet nodig. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Misschien iets meer bestek maar dat was voor ons 2 personen geen punt. Aanrader!
