Apartment didn’t match the photos. The entire apartment is in a construction site. There was zero light and every morning I was woken up by 5+ construction men jackhammering outside my window. None of this was disclosed in the ad. The photos were old and I was deceived. Ruben was no help and did not even apologize for posting false photos. Unless you want to wake up in the dark every day from loud noise do not book this apartment or any apartment from this company. They are not trustworthy.

The place is very centric in Paris and there are a lot of things to do. Le Marais is one of the cool area in Paris and you will enjoy shopping, restaurants and a lot of nice cafes. Check in was really smooth and you will have nice cosy room (but really enough for a person).

Die Wohnung ist viel dunkler als beschrieben. Das Bett hat eine total durchgelegene Matratze, dadurch sehr unbequem. Die Waschmaschiene des Nachbarn hörte sich wie ein auf dem Dach landender Hubschrauber an - um 23.30Uhr! Die Türe zur Toilette ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Es gab aber auch gutes: Es war alles sehr sauber und die Lage mitten im Viertel Marais ist unschlagbar! Alles in allem kann man die Wohnung weiter empfehlen.

Great location, best neighborhood,very clean,many establishments nearby and places of interest.The aesthetics of the city and this neighborhood impressed us.We would love to come back again to this apartment! We are very grateful for the extra taxi service, which definitely saved us a lot from a difficult flight.The person who checked us in was very polite and gave us recommendations. l'appartamento corrisponde a quanto descritto, la pulizia è ottima, c'é tutto quello di cui si può avere bisogno e il wi-fi. La posizione per noi è fantastica, il Marais è una delle zone più belle di Parigi. bisogna segnalare che, per andare al wc, bisogna abbassarsi perché l'entrata è bassa e piccola; al momento ci sono lavori nel cortile esterno e quindi aprendo le finestre si vedono le impalcature e risulta piuttosto coperto. l'entrata dell' appartamento prevede un piccolo atrio dal quale si accede alla propria zona, ma da cui si entra anche in un secondo appartamento. la porta dell'alloggio non è blindata ma chiusa con una normale chiave da interni. durante la nostra permanenza, ci sono stati diversi rumori (i vicini perché i muri non sono insonorizzati e lavori di ristrutturazione una mattina presto in un altro appartamento); questo fa un po' sorridere viste tutte le precauzioni che l'host invia sul non fare rumore. il divano letto è decisamente scomodo e piccolo per due.

Das Appartment hatte eine tolle Lage! Wir haben fast alles zu Fuß erreicht und die Gegend ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Das Appartment war auch sehr sauber. Was uns gestört hat war die Hellhörigkeit im Haus. Wir haben jeden, der die Treppen raufgegangen ist laut gehört, was auch den Schlaf gestört hat. Auch das Bett (Schlafsofa) war leider sehr unbequem. Es war sehr durchgelegen und hat bei jeder Bewegung gequietscht. Trotzdem hatten wir eine tolle Zeit und wenn das Bett ausgetauscht würde, kann ich die Wohnung sehr empfehlen. Sie sieht aus wie auf den Bildern. Für Paris aus jeden Fall eine gute Möglichkeit zu übernachten.

The pictures give you and idea of having outside view, which is not, the view is to the inside area of the complex and during my staying a lot of scaffolds where right in front of every window. PERFECT LOCATION! Everything was very clean and well decorated. Anton (the person who provided me the keys) is one of the best! He showed me the surroundings and directed me to very good places to visit and eat.

Monolocale mono esposto su un cavedio con altre finestre, super silenzioso ma poca privacy se si tengono aperte le tende. Tutto pulitissimo e nuovo . Il materasso del divano letto così così ma se si dorme in una sola persona va più che bene ( noi abbiamo dormito a che in due ). Macchinetta caffè nespresso graditissima e fuochi a induzione :C’è tutto per poter cucinare ( mancano sale grosso e olio ). Ho raggiunto la casa a piedi da Gare du Lyon in mezz’ora con bagagli , la via e’ tranquilla e con ottimi ristoranti ( consigliato sotto casa Robert et Louise entrecôte indimenticabile - da prenotare ), vicinissima a Châtelet Les Halley da dove partono metro e rer. Non ultimo Anton super host che assiste e consiglia perfettamente . Per la media delle dimensioni e della pulizia e i costi delle case francesi questo monolocale e’ CONSIGLIATISSIMO

Apartamento menor do que aparenta nas fotos , mas muito limpo e bem localizado . Só faltam algumas coisas para ficar melhor , como taças para vinho , e talheres novos pois o restante está tudo muito novo . A única desvantagem é o local onde fica o vaso sanitário , muito apertado e com uma porta de 1,5 metrô que vc tem que entrar curvado . Fora isso o apartamento é pequeno mas agradável e muito limpo .

O apartamento é menor do que aparenta nas fofos, mas muito limpo e com a maioria dos utensílios em perfeito estado . Algumas considerações de coisas que faltam como ferro de passar , taças de vinho e talheres novos que não conduzem com o resto das coisas que são muito boas . O sofá cama é bom , mas muito barulhento .E o local do vaso sanitário é muito apertado e baixo , parece que está entrando em uma caverna , vc tem que se abaixar para passar pela porta . O anfitrião foi ótimo , contactou táxi para mim e muito simpático . Ficaria lá novamente , só arrumar pequenas coisas
