What is included in the rental fee?
All apartments are fully furnished except for bed linens, pillowcases, duvet cover, bath towels, shampoo, body soap which are included in the cleaning fee. Kitchen supplies are included in the cost of your rental. All utilities are also included, except for long-distance phone calls or other out-of-the-ordinary phone charges.
Monthly rates shown on our website are based on 28 nights (4 weeks).
How do I make a reservation?
To make a reservation, you have to click on the « BOOK YOUR APARTMENT » button, select the apartment you want, and then follow the steps until the payment is completed.
We will email you the rental agreement for you to sign and return to us. We require half of the rental fee in advance, paid to Paris Rentals by Ruben. Thirty days before your check-in date the remaining amount is due, plus the full damage deposit.
If you are booking within the 30 days of arrival, Paris Rentals by Ruben will request the full amount upon booking, including damage deposit. When a reservation is made for less than one week (7 nights), we ask for the full rental fee upon reservation. The damage deposit is due 30 days before arrival and payable in the same manner.
How do I pay?
Payments are made directly on our website through Kigo. If you would like to pay directly with a major credit card, please email us for a payment link or you can call directly to pay over the phone.
Do I need to sign a rental agreement or contract?
Yes. You will be asked to accept the terms of our rental agreement when you pay for the rental.
Can I cancel my reservation? Will I receive a refund?
Apartment rentals are not like hotels in terms of reservations, and likewise, we cannot offer hotel refund policies. We will offer you a full refund if you cancel 60 days or more in advance of your booking, minus a 200 Euro or 10% processing fee. If you cancel within 60 days, we cannot guarantee you a refund unless we find another renter to for the dates we had reserved on your behalf. If we do find a renter, your money will be refunded by the owner minus a 200 euro processing fee. In the unlikely event that the apartment becomes unrentable for a reason that is beyond our control (lack of utilities, unforeseen construction, etc.), we will alert you to the problem as soon as possible and do our best to move you to another apartment based on availability or provide a refund.
What happen If our arrival is late in the night or early in the morning?
We make every effort to make your arrival as smooth as possible.
We will ask you for your flight or train arrival details.
We will email you an arrival sheet with door codes and a contact cell phone number (after your full payment). We will also meet you at the apartment to greet you and help with your luggage,
Please note there are early and late check-in fees of 30 € for guests arriving before 9:00 am and after 8:00 pm, and 40 € for guests arriving after midnight. This fee is payable in cash to your greeter upon arrival.
If we book an apartment for a month or more, do we have any extras?
A monthly electricity fee may be applied for rentals longer than 1 month. Please ask us for details.
Do your apartment propose the Wi-Fi?
We are happy to provide you with free wi-fi for your enjoyment. However, we also ask you to have a lawful use of it and not download data illegally. For more information, please see our terms and conditions.
