Beautiful building very close to Gare de Lyon and the Promenade Plantée. Five of us stayed comfortably with plenty of space and a big well equipped kitchen. The only downside was that the street was quite noisy at night. Our host Anton was very personable and easy to communicate with.

Lots of space in the apartment, which was clean and in a good location (very convenient to metro/buses, close to needed amenities). Check out was simple. Check in required some coordination - you need to book an appointment in the "window" of 3-9. The wifi password was given by QR code and needed to be shared - which required up-to-date software on computers. Great value for the money for Paris.

Fabulous stay in Paris!

Spacious apartment in a very convenient location. super easy to get around on public transport, plenty of places to eat in walk-in distance, and plenty of space for 5-6 people. we were very comfortable. as others have mentioned, it could have been a little cleaner. bathroom and kitchen were fine but the floors were very dirty.

"Ruben's" apartment is in an excellent location near Gare de Lyon and the Viaduc des Arts. It's a full-time rental furnished in contemporary Ikea but has everything you'll need. Anton, our check-in host was responsive and prompt. While there is an elevator in the building it is Paris small and doesn't run from the first floor. If stairs are a problem, this isn't the apartment for you.///// L'appart de "Ruben" est très bien situé près de la Gare de Lyon et le Viaduc des Arts. C'est un appart à location meublé Ikea, mais a tout le nécessaire. Notre hôte, Anton, a été réactif et à l'heure, mais ne parlait pas français (c'est une boîte de location alors il doit y avoir d'autres hôtes qui parlent français). À savoir : il y a un ascenseur, mais il part du 1er étage et ne descend pas au RdC. Si les escaliers vous posent problème, ceci n'est pas l'appart pour vous.

Excellent location - close to multiple metro and railway stations. Very good local brasserie next door and bakeries , supermarkets around the corner. Flat is a great size - plenty of space to be with friends and family. Good sized bedrooms. Met by a greeter who was very efficient and friendly and helped us to settle in.

Great location living among locals, with restaurants, groceries and wonderful bakeries close by. Traffic is very loud, but excellent windows cut out most of the noise. However, be warned that there is no air conditioning. We were comfortable with the electric fans provided since the night time temperatures were in the 40s, but if the weather had been warmer we would have been miserable.

Appartamento comodo per 6 persone, bell’edificio, si trova in zona centrale comodissima per chi raggiunge Parigi in treno, vicino alla metro. Bel quartiere dotato di tutti i servizi. L’host è stato puntuale nelle comunicazioni e disponibile rispetto alle nostre richieste. Unico neo, la pulizia lascia un po’ a desiderare ma nel complesso assolutamente consigliato.

I loved the location of the apartment. We were close to a lot of necessities, to the Metro, and we could walk to the Seine in a few minutes. We walked to the Louvre which took about 45 minutes and we got to see and enjoy the Paris sights along the way. The only issue that may bother some was the street noise. I wasn't bothered by it but if you aren't used to living in a big city, just be aware. We loved our stay there!

L'appartamento è esteticamente molto bello. La zona è ottima poiché si trova vicino a varie fermate di metro/bus. La casa consta di una camera matrimoniale, una camera con letti a castello e un salotto con divano/letto, cucina, bagno e separatamente una zona wc. La pulizia purtroppo è completamente DA RIVEDERE: le lenzuola erano sporche, il pavimento pieno di polvere. Abbiamo dovuto cercare in tutta la casa le lenzuola ed i cuscini per il divano letto e prepararlo da soli, nonostante fosse notte fonda e sapessero che eravamo in 6. Non ci sono tende. Abbiamo dovuto comprare la carta igienica poiché ne erano stati forniti solamente 2 rotoli per 4 giorni e 6 persone. Gli asciugamani erano insufficienti: 1 grande a persona mentre mancavano quelli più piccoli per capelli/viso.

A great apartment in a great location. Fantastic communication - very responsive and the check in process was very easy. Extra touches such as water and small biscuits on arrival are nice touch as are the little sachets of shampoo. However, essentials like washing up liquid (0.50€ from the local store) is not provided and would be useful. If the sofa bed in the living room is used then note it doesn't have any blinds or curtains. The apartment is just a bit tired and could do with a deep clean but we really enjoyed our stay.

If you have heavy luggage : it’s good to know that there are Stairs from the ground floor to first floor. Elevator is only from first floor level. For late night food or drinks : „Quai 33“ on Rue de Lyon. Good food and friendly staff.

Je m'excuse sincèrement que le ménage n'ait pas été fait avant votre arrivée. J'ai envoyé l'équipe de nettoyage dès que nous avons réalisé que l'appartement n'était pas propre, je comprends qu'il était gênant d'attendre quand cela devait être fait à votre arrivée. Je demanderai également aux propriétaires de remplacer le fer et sèche cheveux qui ne fonctionne pas. Merci pour votre avis, cela m'aide à offrir un meilleur service aux prochains clients.

The flat was spacious and had great natural light. The surrounding areas where lovely with a great close market however the flat needed more cleaning before we arrived and be warned, the road outside the flat is non stop car horns beeping and traffic from very early to late. If you are picturing yourself working at all at the desk in the living room or even sitting to read a book by the open window the noise is way too much and we normally live on a busy road in London. Having said that if it’s not the hight of summer and you don’t need the windows open for air then the flat is perfectly fit for purpose with some lovely features.

Apartamento luminoso, amplio y bien ubicado. Buena comunicación con el anfitrión el las semanas previas al alojamiento. El apartamento dispone de dos habitaciones (una con dos camas y la otra con cama de matrimonio) y un sofa-cama en el salón. Hay algunos detalles que no nos gustaron: -Aunque en la información previa al check-in especificamos que nos alojábamos 6 personas, al llegar nos tuvimos que montar y hacer nosotros la cama del salón. -Al dejar el apartamento se tienen que deshacer las camas y dejar toda la ropa de cama en el lavabo y esto no nos pareció muy adecuado ya que te cobran una parte del precio en servicio de limpieza. -La persona encargada de recibirnos, no era Ruben, llegó con retraso y no sabía que puerta era el apartamento ni donde se encontraban las cosas del apartamento.

A beautiful location. Like the other reviews we found this apartment spacious. However, for such a big place there is only one toilet and one shower. The kitchen is lovely to spread out in--like another reviewer we didn't find enough bin bags or dishwashing tablets, but it was just fine. The host uses a service who is quick to connect to you and communicative. I'm not sure if the heating is just on low or if it was never turned on, we were only cold one day but it was also fine. The building is lovely and the neighbors are very friendly.

El apartamento está ok sin embargo si hubo un par de cosas que nos molestaron: 1. El estudio donde estaba el sofá cama no tenía cortinas así que las personas quedándose en el no pasaron buenas noches 2. En la página dice que el apartamento tiene 1.5 baños sin embargo esto no es cierto hay dos baños pero incompletos: 1 tiene solamente ducha y lavamanos y el otro solamente tiene tasa y lavamanos. 3. En el momento en el que nos entregaron el apartamento no nos explicaron el funcionamiento del agua caliente, por esto el primer día nos toco bañarnos con agua fría 4. A la hora de hacer el checkout nos piden que dejemos el apartamento con unas especificaciones de limpieza aún cuando se nos está cobrando un monto bastante alto para realizar la limpieza 5. El piso de madera del apartamento suena bastante por lo que se oyen los pasos del apartamento de arriba

Buena ubicación para visitar París. Con 3 estaciones de metro muy próximas (5-10 minutos andando). Muy cerca de la Gare de Lyon. Muchas líneas de autobús próximas. De hecho nos desplazamos por todo París básicamente en bus con la tarjeta de transporte Navigo (funciona semanalmente, de lunes a domingo). Caminando en 10 min estás en la Bastilla y el Marais y, a partir de aquí, hasta donde quieras llegar. El edificio es muy tranquilo y el barrio también. Nos sentimos seguros en todo momento. Supermercados muy próximos (Carrefour, Franprix, Monoprix). Panaderias (boulangeries) muchas, estupendas y cercanas. Restaurantes múltiples y variados en los alrededores.... El apartamento es amplio, está en un edificio antiguo y clásico de París, lo cual le añade su encanto. El mobiliario es actual y sencillo, lo mínimo necesario para la estancia. En la calle hay bastante tránsito pero las ventanas aislan correctamente. Quizá le iría bien algún repaso en el mantenimiento de algunas cosas (iluminación, maneta de puerta WC) pero ninguna de ellas importante. Otros usuarios lo han comentado ya anteriormente y lo confirmamos. El suelo de madera es muy ruidoso al caminar sobre él. Si durante la noche alguien va al baño, más vale que tengas buen sueño... En general, totalmente recomendable.

This is a large apartment, about 10 minutes walk from either Bastille or Gare de Lyon. There is a nice living room, as well as a completely separate kitchen/dining area, so quite a bit of space to spread out. The kitchen and baths were clean, although the floors in common spaces and bedrooms appear not to have been vacuumed, as there were pieces of paper from the last guests scattered about. We did enjoy the cafe right downstairs-very convenient for a quick petit dejuener, cafe, or a beer while watching a futbol match. Be aware that the apartment is on a very busy street. We had the misfortune of arriving during a major heat wave, and could not keep the windows open at night due to traffic, ambulances, etc. The apartment has great windows to cut out the noise, so visit when it’s cooler and they can be kept shut, or bring ear plugs! As per typical Paris, there is no AC. It would likely be fine during average Paris summer weather, as we had no problem the last day when temps came down to normal. The beds are very comfortable, with nice sheets. We would suggest to the host a few minor hospitality items. Put a garbage can in all the rooms, supply a roll of paper towels, refill the soap dispensers (one was empty), supply more than one dish towel. These are super picky items, and we hesitated to put them in the review. However, these are the kinds of things that separates a good place from a great one.

Lovely Apartment in a good location. We enjoyed the restaurant / bar directly below the flat and is only a short walk to Gare de Lyon. My 2 daughters enjoyed the bunk beds and the various toys that were available within the flat. Kitchen has everything needed and the 2 fans did their job during warm nights. Would return.

A very spacious and well located apartment. It can easily sleep 6 and has a generous kitchen. There was a tiny bit of back and forth with the host as we did not receive an expected email but he responded quickly and very satisfactory. The noise was an issue for us as the building is under renovation and the ring of hammers and metal began at 7:30 am. Hopefully this is will completed soon for future renters. We appreciate the close proximity to markets and other shops and the train station. I would stay again but check to see if the construction was completed first.

We are not aware of any construction in the building so it must have been a private remodelling in one of the apartments in the building. I will follow up on this issue to find out exactly where the noise was coming from. It is unacceptable for anyone to start that early in the morning. For some strange reason Evan and his group left the apartment door open and unlocked when checked out. Good thing the apartment is in a safe building where the neighbours take care...Also, the whole group was very noisy through out the stay. I only received the complaints from the neighbour after I wrote the initial review...For what it's worth, be careful with this guest. I strongly recommend not renting to his group.
