Free cancellation up to 365 day(s) before arrival, then 10% cancellation fee up to 60 day(s) before arrival, then 50% cancellation fee up to 30 day(s) before arrival, then 100% cancellation fee.
CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will not receive any refund. Cancelations made more than 60 days before the check in will receive 90% refund.
Should you choose to leave the apartment prior to the check-out date on this agreement, you will not be entitled to any refund. Payment in full of the rental will be due 30 days before the reservation.
A 10% of the full rental fee applies to all cancellations.
